This is an outstanding Shannon Rodgers for Jerry Silverman design from the 60's. At first glance it appears to be a vintage maxi dress. With a closer look you will see that it is really not a dress. It is in essence a maxi length one-piece jumper or lounger. The "Shannon Rodgers for Jerry Silverman" label was established in 1959. Rodgers and Silverman did adaptations of Paris designs.
